Privacy Policy

1. Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and authentication details when you sign in with Google or an email magic link.
• Product data — information you add to the service, such as (for EduPrep) student names, grades, subjects, exams, quiz results, study plans, and parent profile details.
• Billing information — subscription status and customer identifiers processed through our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers.
• Usage and device data — logs, analytics, and similar technical data generated as you use the service.

2. How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service;
• Authenticate you and secure your account;
• Process subscriptions and payments;
• Generate study resources, quizzes, and other product features;
• Respond to your requests and provide customer support;
• Comply with legal obligations.

3. The Claude connector

If you connect Tuvix to Claude, you authorize Claude to access your Tuvix data on your behalf through our Model Context Protocol (MCP) connector. This access is:

• Read-only. The connector can read your data but cannot create, modify, or delete anything in your account.
• Scoped to you. The connector only exposes data belonging to the Tuvix account you sign in with during authorization.
• Authorized via OAuth. You grant access through a standard OAuth consent flow and can revoke it at any time from Claude’s connector settings.

When Claude requests your data, we return it to your Claude session in response to your prompts. Once data is sent to Claude, its handling is governed by Anthropic’s privacy policy. We do not control how Anthropic processes data within your Claude session.

4. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the platform (for example, cloud hosting, email delivery, and payment processing), with AI providers you choose to use, when required by law, or with your consent (such as connecting Claude).

5. Data retention

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. Connector access tokens are stored as hashed values, and all access is authenticated. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children’s data

EduPrep is intended for use by parents and guardians, who may add information about their children to manage exam preparation. Such information is provided and controlled by the adult account holder. We do not knowingly allow children to create their own accounts.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the service.
