1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

2. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or harmful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Reverse engineer or misuse the Service except as permitted by law.

3. Your content and data

You retain ownership of the information and content you submit to the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to provide any information you submit, including information about other people such as your children.

4. The Claude connector

The Service offers an optional connector that lets you authorize Claude to access your Tuvix data through the Model Context Protocol (MCP). The connector provides read-only access scoped to your account and requires your explicit OAuth authorization. You may revoke access at any time from Claude’s connector settings. Your use of Claude is governed by Anthropic’s own terms and policies, which we do not control.

5. AI-generated content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate study resources, quizzes, summaries, and other content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is provided for informational and educational purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.

6. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes are presented at checkout and processed through our payment provider. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account settings.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions survive.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge7 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the “Effective” date above when we do, and material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
